NYU Shanghai’s Center for Career Development (CCD) is committed to enhancing students’ global competencies by offering both online and offline personalized and innovative career planning guidance and education.

CareerLab, an online educational platform, provides 24/7 career development services for students including online courses, digital toolkits, and a video library. It utilizes AI and digital technology to equip students with entrepreneurship skills and enhance their future career potential.
The CCD takes advantage of NYU’s global network, including NYU’s two other degree-granting campuses (New York and Abu Dhabi) and 12 academic centers around the world to provide 24/7 career development support services to students wherever they are. The three campuses share the resources of over 35,300 global employers across 20 industries on Handshake, a global career resource platform. It has also created a series of educational programs and activities, including industry interest groups, NYU Alumni Executive Mentor Program, I AM LIMITLESS Conference, June Lin Industry Mentor Program, On-Campus Recruitment (OCR) Program, Social Impact Internship Grant, and First Destination Program. These initiatives support students at each stage of their career path.
